equipped special items should sell for complex tech parts

 Title says most of it. . .items that would normally sell for tech parts in your artifact (pre-equipped) list sell for tech parts, but if they are equipped - they sell for credits like they used to. So when upgrading, you don't get the benefit of getting tech parts for the items.
Now I understand, these are "USED" parts, so I suggest that the amount of tech parts should be 1/2 or even 1/4 of the normal "perfect" part. Just 2 cents worth. Discuss Aggross |

i agree. its still 'complex technology', you just figured out how to link it in to your ship.

I know this is an old thread, but it still needs reconsidering because you can put tech parts into bases now.
