As Common Wealth Stated he only had 4 Mylari Build Extractors in 3000 NPCs. I think they should be a little less uncommon but still uncommon. I have good luck usually and have found 3 in 500. Or make them shareable

honestly i don't ever run across much worth using the extractors on anyway...
sure i could be a mean lil prick and invade a shmitty planet just to steal away a permafrost but that'd just tick people off

Just had a big NPC run today 2 TO Carriers, A drannik Ballistae, An Okkilor A Dark Arms Carrier, A Xavok, A Korteth Carrier, Dozens of Shadin Penetrators and Dark Traffickers. Hundreds of Kalvium Asteroids
Not a single extractor.

At one point I had over 100 stockpiled.... They're fairly common for me.

lol commonwealth i have 5 extractors in stock, 3 have been used from my 8 total. And I don't even NPC hunt that much.
