I was wondering if we could have a legion base Elite NPC. The Elite NPC will be a NPC Base, much like ours, and it will have shields, hull, attack, defense, maybe cloak, and ability. This base is intended to be a Legion NPC, meaning everyone, within a specific rank range, in the legion can take a shot at it. Crimson Tactical Operations Base Rare Elite Base Rank: 100 Range: 50-175 Attack: 1000 Defense: 1000 Ability: Tactical Alert - When activated, attack and defense increases by 20%. Rewards: 1. Crimson Anti-Supercomputer - Ship Module, Size: 25, +150 cloak, Limit: 3 2. Crimson Supercomputer - Ship Module, Size: 25, +150 scan, Limit: 3 3. Crimson Radar Jammer - Planet Building, Size: 1, +250 cloak, Limit: 2 --------------------------- Sha'din Supercomputer Base Rare Elite Base Rank: 75 Range: 30-125 Attack: 500 Defense: 500 Ability: Ship Hack - Hacks 10% of your research production (does not decrease production). Rewards: 1. Research Data - Only one person gets this, gets 3000 research + all research hacked from the Ship Hack ability 2. Research Cache - Players receiving this gets 1.5k research 3. Sha'din Research Lab - Planet Building, Size: 1, Research: 2, Limit: 1 ------------------------------ Lazuli Industrial Metropolis Very Rare Elite Base Rank: 200 Range: 150-250 Attack: 2000 Defense: 2000 Ability: Industrial Revolution - Increases both attack and defense by 50%. Rewards: 1. Industrial Engineers - Grants 25 engineers (crew) 2. Industrial Factory - Planet Building, Size: 5, Mining/Artifact/Research: 3, Mining/Artifact/Research Storage: 2000, Limit: 1 3. Revolution - Artifact: Increases attack and defense by 10%. Cannot be removed in any way. Lasts 8 hours. ------------------------------ Dark Scrap Factory Extremely Rare Elite Base Rank: 150 Range: 75-175 Attack: 1500 Defense: 1500 Ability: Relocate Alert - Relocates 75% of one stat and increases the other (ex. Attack: -75%, Defense: +75%) Rewards: 1. Prototype Terraformer - Only one person gets this, if they are lucky (5% chance) - Increases all resources of a planet by 1 and increases size by 1. 2. Captured Scrap Factory - Planet Artifact, Size: 4, All Resources: 2, Cloak: 125, Limit: 1 3. Dark Beacon - Ship Module, Size: 15, Cloak: 100, Limit: 3 -------------------------------- Drannik Headquarters Rare Elite Base Rank: 225 Range: 175-275 Attack: 2500 Defense: 2500 Ability: Drannik Drones - Increases attack output by 20%. Rewards: 1. Prototype Drannik Satellite - Planet Building, Size: 2, Research: 2, Artifact: 1 2. Drannik Drone - 10% more damage to NPCs, lasts 2 hours 3. Drannik Power Reactor - Ship Module, Size: 20, Energy: 100 ---------------------------------- Rogue Science Lab Rare Elite Base Rank: 275 Range: 225-350 Attack: 3000 Defense: 3000 Ability: Tactical Research - Lowers one's attack and defense by 15%. (Researches about your ship and hacks into the mainframe) Rewards: 1. Captured Rogue Scientist - Grants 5k research 2. Captured Rogue Science Lab - Planet Building, Size: 2, Research: 3 3. Rogue Data Analyzer - Shows you how much hull and shields a ship has. ---------------------------------- Terran Operations Base Extremely Rare Base Rank: 325 Range: 250-400 Attack: 4250 Defense: 4250 Ability: Siege - Increases attack output by 25%. Rewards: 1. Terran Scanner - Ship Module, Size: 20, Scan: 120, Limit: 3 2. Terran Barrier - Planet Building, Size: 2, Attack: 300, Limit: 2 3. Patriot Missiles - Planet Building, Size: 2, Defense: 300, Limit: 2 ---------------------------------- Stryll Hunter Base Rare Elite Base Rank: 400 Range: 300-500 Attack: 5500 Defense: 5500 Ability: Advanced Stryll Disruption - Lowers one's attack and defense by 25%. Rewards: 1. Trap Confuser - Defensive Trap: When set, the first debuff trap to affect you is reverted to the defending player. Halcyons are not affected. 2. Stryll Rescued Prisoners 3. Rescued Prisoners ---------------------------------- NPC Guild Headquarters Mythical Boss/Elite Base Rank: 750 Range: 250-1500 Attack: 10000 Defense: 10000 Ability: NPC Alert - Increases attack and defense by 50%. Hull: 100,000 Shield: 100,000 Reward: NPC Guild - ??? (Suggest this!) |

Alot of them are overpowered, 50 engineers, size 10 - 150 cloak, building size 5 all resources 3 etc. Base combat isn't out yet. So we don't how the attack procedures work. Who controls base? Where do we find these NPCs? Are there any common Base NPCs? They're are no NPCs for the high rankers? |

Okay. I'll reduce the engineers by half, increase module size, and balance out (or try to) all the planet buildings. |

Captured Crimson Base is size 5 all resources 2 and Omnibase Chassis is size 5 all resources 3. Granted these are both limited use artifacts (just recently invaded a planet and took another omnibase ![]() |

also they need to have a wider level range. If it is rank 100 it shouldn't have the same max rank as the rank 150 base. |
