 PEACEKEEPER and OBLIVION WARRIORS have
decided to make an all new child legion for any and all who want to learn , and we are accepting any and all rank (good for rank 100- any above join our the mother legions ) OBLIVION WARRIORS ------------------------------------------------------------------ viewtopic.php?f=8&t=29287 ------------------------------------------------------------------ PEACEKEEPER ------------------------------------------------------------------ viewtopic.php?f=8&t=30781 ------------------------------------------------------------------ we are based round research and a little artifact we share planets and low rank bases there is no ct lab so far but rest assured the will be one we seem a bit puny atm but we will grow stronger we hope to see u soon _________________        |

Why did you guys make a 3rd legion when your 2nd one is only half full?

He's right though. You should get Oblivion to level 5, and fill it up BEFORE building a new legion.
