I am the Leader of The Rangers, and I'd like to invite anyone one to join us. We'll help new players get started by sending some materials or artifacts. We repair each others ships and help each other with getting what they need (for example a certain artifact) I will accept anyone and only ask that you be active. We do allow players to go inactive. If they let someone know or only are inactive for a little while you will be kept. All other inactive players may be kicked to make room for other players.
