Base is now a level 4. We've just added a CT-Lab. If you still need the medal for lab discoveries, I'm offering a chance to come over and get it. Our fee is 500 ctp, payable to our base upgrade.

sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Since the ct lab is discovery free or has low discoverys the saved time and research I would think is worth 500 ctp

Correct. It's a win/win for all involved. Once we get over half of them, it will become more painful for all involved. If 500 ctp is too steep, this offer is probably not for you. I'm a reasonable guy. Other methods can be worked out.
