Regular NPC elites and bosses at several tiers, committed (or soon-to-be, if they are caught) members, a dedicated and hard-working officer corps that cares about growing the legion, regular bases, 20-25k research, 8-11k arti per day, and a base that hasn't been taken down since the last set of upgrades (months). Now accepting rank 50+. |
