I am a rank 92^ (duh) looking for legion options, im pretty picky as i plan to make moves forward and not fall behind:
*Im looking for a lv 6+ base, i dont care if the players PvP, NPC, or just sit there playing farmville.
**The base has to be artifact or research.
***The base must be Evenly split at least 6 days a week.

Definitely consider We Don't Exist or We Aren't Existing as a home. I remember you from my Galaxy Tour visit to Ancient Untouchables, and I know you'd be a great addition to either legion

Your options should be:
1. We Don't Exist
2. We Don't Exist
3. Did I mention We Don't Exist?
4. Our sister legion We Aren't Existing

WDE is a level 6 base, with artifacts around 49-50k a day, even % all 7 days, with 4 guys on the kills leaderboards. And if you need help taking a planet, I'm one of our sabs, so we can help with that!

WAE is a level 5 base, with research instead. I'll let the leader from there tell you more about them, as I can't remember it all at this moment.

Imperium of Namalak might take you on. We get 70K Artifacts 4 times a week. You'd need to speak to Namalak though.

You insist on level 6? From what I've heard and my visit there, AU is actually the best place for you. We Arent Existing will be a good choice. You might squeeze into Delta Surfers or CRA. Unsure of their splits, but they are both level 6.

The only 7 you will ever get to clean will be Namalaks.

Although, you really should give WDE a try. We surpass your restrictions.

I recently got into We Don't Exist a week ago, and never had regret it since, good & helpful members, a brilliant artifact base and a very brilliant legion altogether, loads of things unlocked in the CT lab, only a few left to get and bunches of NPC's come into the BT alot, loads of base battling, this legion hasn't let me down, (ok once but i was asking for a 100,000,000 GP *joking* ) can i tell you a secret? (secret: im in this legion) lol

I will start by saying Stormkyn Alliance 2 has a Lvl 5 base, but will be lvl 6 in less than 2 months.

That said...legion hovers around 50 members with room for 52.
Base is Research evenly split everyday. 22,000 Research and 4,500 Artifact Points per member daily

I just have to say I find it amusing to see players "looking" for a new legion and presenting a list of demands that must be met lol.

You can find it amusing, a legion is only as good as its players,
a legion that has no NPCers, will not have CTP.
A legion with out PvPer, will get owned at wars,
A legion with out sabes, will not take many planets
And lastly....
A legion with out players, is no legion at all.

I also find it interesting that lower level players demand high level bases(which they cannot possibly contribute to), with majority days even distribution.

The people who complain about this only have their own legions to blame. Every time a new person used to come onto the legion forum and ask where to go, the people would tell them to go to an already established legion. Now, everyone thinks they can get into a better legion. So my question would be, who is really at fault for this? The person who just wants the best headstart they can get, or the people who started the trend in the first place?

oh yes because saying hey join my legion and help us build up is tons more enticing than saying 'hey come join our legion we already have a level 5+ base with even payout, ontop of which if your good enough you can move up the ranks to our sister legions!'

Join warp fleet lotus it gives 55k-60k Arti points a day the most we git is 65k

Your rebuttal makes no sense at all. I'm saying that you can't fully blame them, we got to this point both because of higher legions taking most good players, and newer players feeling entitled.
