Mento can solo most bases, why would he get BPs? He is probably going to make the base mostly on his own and have it set to % on weekends or w/e like IoN and CC. Fill all the pacts with trades to max out the production and fill out the ctl to get the genius title. |

The one that the Crimson Corporation started by taking 1-3 people to start a base and get massive AP pay out by making the base distribute by percent. |
