Pros of joining:
-Low level players are always welcomed with a friendly environment. (so that means no swearing for the sake of the little ones... as long as Deathkitten doesn't run into a halcyon, that is)

-Medium level players can benefit off the level 6 base, with hauls of nearly 50K per day.

-Enough funding from high level players your head will spin.

Cons:

-No mission control center
