I just heard through the grapevine there is a KOS on Icarium's Fate and members with a bounty for the base.

Can anyone confirm this?

LMAO... Well, just about everyone has a KOS on Icarium's fate, if not just Icarium. I believe that I did see elsewhere that there was a 200 AU bounty for locking and killing his base.

My response was that we already kill it whenever it is scanned, and will continue to do so free of charge.

If the KOS on Icarium is anything like the KOS Ni had on EotS then I'm sure Icarium hasn't realized he's under KOS.

You guys were never KOS'd Tree. Nice try though. If you remember correctly, you and a couple of others got all butt0hurt after your base was disabled repeatedly to prove a point, and EotS is the one who KOS'd half of the top 20 legions. of course nothing much came of that either.

1st... This thread is about a bounty that was offered on Icky's base. Try to keep it on topic rather than add nothing but spin/twist in an attempt to start a flame war.
2nd... The Icarium topic will likely exist until he smartens up. As he has publicly stated that this isn't going to happen, suck it up and drive on. If you don't like the topics, don't read them, but please stop whining about them

We didn't "THINK" you had KOS'd us. You DID, along with every other legion that took part in disabling your base. This went out through legion comm with all previously mentioned legions listed. Of course there was no real activity after this except for maybe 4-5 players, and we handled those individuals independently. We were advised immediately after we announced that we would respond in kind (24 hours or so), that the whole thing was some sort of misunderstanding and the issue de-escalated. YES, we have released our alert restrictions in response to your legion's leadership refusing to act in any way that shows any form of honor what-so-ever, or holding your trouble makers responsible for their actions instead of backing their every play with out question. The "might makes right" mentality didn't fly with Ni when Noci and The Dysonians tried to do as they saw fit back in the day, and it doesn't fly with us today.

We respect a number of your players and have a number of friends in EotS. We do not however respect your legions leadership methods, including the lack of integrity we have seen in most of our recent dealings with EotS.

We placed Bleepin on KOS in until he removed his own KOS of our member. He is the only EotS member KOSd at this time and it is solely because he got his panties in a bunch about being badged back for his own badges, and went full retard by zeroing our guy's actions in return, plus saying he would continue to do so until he got tired of it. We haven't heard hide nor hair from him so we have left him alone and only badged him on the BT at most. It seems his threats were nothing but bluster after all.

Sure his base probably dies a fair amount but that is because its fairly easy for the top groups. Even if it wasn't Icarium's base you we would still be locking and killing it.
