Disciples of Orion challenge the population to find an older legion than us that is still going strong!
We've got a level 7 artifact producing base that's evenly shared amongst all members. Our lab has everything but the Anubix AI Assault Drone researched. that's only a matter of time. Universal Service Terminal. Plenty of alerts. Legion missions. Team members willing to help/share each other. Regular lvl 4 and 5 base kills. Generally looking for 100+ but if you,re active and decent we can work something out. Pm me =). Plenty of opportunities (i never expected to be an officer when i joined). looking for active players with preference for at least deadly combat rep.
all races/professions accepted.
Average Rank: 549 (at time of writing) Average Strength: 17391 (at time of writing)
Teamwork This legion is all about helping each other out. No one is ignored. Any sabs thinking of joining please don’t ask for pay for your services.
Trade We trade with each other often, but I wouldn't really call it "trade." When a member asks for an artifact, EM, etc., one of us just gives it to him/her, expecting nothing in return (of course, some will still expect something back... ).
Talk We have a facebook group to communicate with each other better. There are several helpful documents and conversations on the group page (rules, expectations, information, announcements, etc.), as well as the helpful facebook chat, so we can have it open at the same time as the game with no delay like the built-in legion comm has. The chat is laid back, as well as the entire legion. This is just a game, and we're here to hang out and have fun!
Legion Base
The legion base currently has all of the important modules and gp modules. Just need anubix.
The base is set to =% claims of all artifacts. With a daily divvy of50,000 to 70,000 artifact points per member depending on current trade routes, etc. (manual claiming) An overall good crew that looks out for one another and a wide variety of personalities to work with . Mutual cordiality is expected and respect is a bonus. More Things to Know:
Extras We have a facebook page which we have archived strategies and documents on easy and hard bases as well as other things.
Alerts Our legion sees alerts for planets, ships, elites, and bosses every day, and not unnecessary ones either. No constant bragging about planets, complaints about someone else hacking them, etc.
Geographical Diversity There is always someone online, with people living in multiple time-zones. This is from our legion comm that illustrates what I am saying well: *Note that we don't always use the built in legion comm, but sometimes a Facebook group chat. That is why it can be kind of empty sometimes.
Inactives Our rule about going inactive is that you have to notify a leader ahead of time, because otherwise you will be kicked to make room for others who wish to be in and stay active.
I hope you consider joining our great legion.

Disciples of Orion predates the current legion system. When the legion system, as it currently is, began (2 and a half years ago?) - many FROM Disciples of Orion fractured out. FROM that core came Disciples of Orion, Republic of Orion, Knights of the Nova Republic - for some time: efforts were made to remain cohesive - which was not durationally successful.
At the dawn of the this new system, Noci realized attempts to remain sister legions were unlikely to be successful and led a way towards the Dysonians.
Honey Badgers is ... how old - year and a half? Year and 3/4? - Since they changed name (Used to be RoO?)
So no, they are not older.
Republic of Orion is no more. Salute to Dysonians - but alas it appears they are no more. Knights of the Nova Republic is now Army of Darkness.

It just takes what it wants. Others just pick up the scraps. Recruiting rank 500 and up. Established 2 years, 6 months ago Members 57 (100% active) Average Rank 1046 Average Strength 54160 yes they are older. do as we said and check the legion search. and it doesnt matter that a DoO group was working together prior to the legion system. they were not a legion therefore that time doesnt count to them being an older legion.
