We are an ACTIVE level 6 artifact/research with a complete LAB to create your needed specialty artifacts. We have very few internal rules. Rank and Combat Rep are of no concern. We just ask that you be ACTIVE. Promotions available on related ACTIVITY and consistency both within the legion and towards out allies. We feel that if rules have to be made up to control what should be common sense, there is something wrong with society.

We have received several offers to merge with other legions. The original creators of our legion are still leading our group and they refuse to give up their baby. They are very protective of their base. So, unless your legion wishes to merge with us, save you efforts for someone else.
