Galactic Avengers offers a Level 3 Legion. Some Res but mostly Artie pool.
It will offer a built CT Lab and a pretty kind and chatty member once i take over again. As i am the Creator of it.
All levels above level 10 are warmly welcome.

But I was wondering what people would be offering for my services. I'm a rank 400 sab with a few decent enemy planets lined up in my Databanks. Just wanted to see what, if anything, people would offer me to come to their legion. It is just a mild case of curiosity, but lets see if you can offer me something I can't refuse XD |

You are welcome to join twisted kings, we have a level 6 artifact base with a ctlab and usually a couple base battles a day. Also we are all pretty friendly/helpful As for the offer you mentioned I'd pay you 4 ctp to sab a planet for me everyday
