Level 8 Base Recruiting

 Hello, I just came to be in charge of "The Rebels" which is a level 8 base. I plan to try and make this a top legion and I'm recruiting high rankers who would like to rebuild a once great legion. Some history: The legion first started out as the Rangers than fell apart and was rebuilt as Insidious and now once again I plan to make this legion shine like it did in it's glory days.
