I know of another base with only 2 disables. Closing on level 9. Maybe not as 'attack' statwise as CRA but with fixers and steady governance to protect and defend.

600 cutoff? You turned me down when I was over 700, although I was only going to come for a temporary visit. As for my stats not being good enough, the whole point of coming to EoTS would have been improve my ship and get some decent event-based items. As it happens I'm busy atm so can't come, sorry.

Also I seem to have made the only on-topic post here so far, the rest of you are just waving your base stats around.

To be honest, if you're a relatively weak ship, you probably won't grow at EoTS, or any super strong legion. You'd never get onto alerted NPCs or anything, you would get bumped easily and quickly. Bases and stuff are in abundance, so there is that. But I'd say it's mainly about those NPCs to get you strong, and weaker ships don't stand a chance in EoTS on those.

Disagree. While ships that aren't able to cap damage (or at least get close) on a good portion of shared NPC's may struggle with the pace of EOTS, a solid part of what the legion has to offer its members is designed precisely to help lower stat players get stronger. The regularly alerted, quality, building block, FFA planets as part of the "Arti Club" for growing members as well as the numerous enemy planet alerts and invasion back up opportunities have a direct and positive effect on improving game strength. Over time the increased APH a person will acquire as an active member in EOTS directly translates into what they need to be competitive on bases, NPC alerts, and the battle tab.

Not True
As someone who's been over to EotS twice for extended visits and has a relatively weak ship. Let me explain how it works. If your prepared to up your game, be more active, ask questions and accept advice you'll be able to improve yourself easily.

I enjoyed my time their on both visits (and been asked to stay both times) not because I'm some uber lev 1400+ but because I'm active and listen. If anything happened (god forbid) to my Legion I would be over EotS in a heartbeat.
