Icariums Fate is a good legion. Has some low ranks, and is very active and chatty.

17 players under rank 400 here...not sure if that counts as low ranks or not....does to me at least lol

I've been in and visited countless legions, looking for the best for my rank. If you mean under 500, which is what i would call low ranks. I would say the best legions are Hell razors and Icariums Fate.

Both offer good AP from the base, 100k+, your elites will do down faster, were as in other legion they probably wont even go down. Both have people your rank. IF is better than hell razors, Due to LM success and more lvl 6+ bases, in HR they do lock lvl 5 bases. But IF is more intense and you need to be more active and HR offers a lot more help on NPC's and elites, if your looking for a casual legion, Hell razors is the way to go, if your looking for something not to everyones taste and a lot more intense and i mean a lot more IF is they way to go.

Most other legion Don't have good people or enough rank 500 under. They wont help you with elites and you barely even notice they're there. But larger legions will offer better LM chances and bases ect ect .

i know the felon legions are always looking...blue brothers is also a good spot who love to help people..fact that you reset means you are smarter newb.so to speak...could be good start...on you own on npc's like ALL legions... no low ranks hit npc's face it...

you're welcome to join us at Galaxy Battleships. we have 17 members below rank 100 atm and the rest is spread across ranks up to a few 1000+

we're very active and plenty of high ranks to provide you with all credits and arit's you need (lvl 8 base with ALOT of arti production and a bit of research)
