You could join us at Galaxy Battleships. We are very active though our LM success rate isn't extremely high. We usually only have a low chanse but some high ranks recently joined us from an another legion so our success rate should be a bit higher now.
At the moment we are full but we can free up a spot, a low rank just went inactive |

Stargate Opertions have some open spots, relaxed and we are hit and miss with LMs, exactly what you are after. We have a good core of dedicated players too.
