No race blocking arti's, from a top 50 yes, active, not sabbable as no natural pop or def structures, but therefore plenty of arties.

if someone wants to buy the alert, cheap offer of 16 maxed toxics abandoned for me and i will alert as many times as needed for invasion. Preferably all VL's from the player doing the uplifting, but a mix could be fine.

As the uplift itself has little cost, the only real cost is the 80 gp needed for abandon

80 gp is a lot, if youd do half that, and raise the planet to 15x im in..i know its a stretch, but thats a lot of colonize cost AND gp ..so just tossing it out there

yeah, i played quite a bit until about 6 months ago...i still try to keep some pace in the game, but sick kids and work have really put it on a back burner....gl is easier since it can be played from mobile and late at night as needed.
