If your thinking of selling a planet to The Ancients Of Atlantis you might want to think again. I was brought to their legion and paid an agreed upon price. Then MARTOVSKY decides he no longer wants the planet in question and agrees to take 50% of his money back. I send an installment as I diddn't have all the cash on hand and was going to be hanging around until i regathered the remaining. Next thing you know they boot me from the legion de-friend me, block my communication, and proceed to tell me it was my problem. Never once talking to me. So now I'm being disabled and farmed for badges.
Just a heads up in case it happens to you!

I did cancel the transaction and i respectfully requestedif you could refund 2000KU which you agreed apon you then did not pay and also requesting strange stuff on the legion comm leaders got suspicous so we removed you and i decided instead of my payment out on your ship since i lost out on 3500KU i would take it back from your artifact draw i have stopped attacking you and dont feel like there's much to gain from it anymore if you want to slander our name go ahead we do trades everyday with multiple other player with no problems.

When you agree on a price, and bring him to your Legion to alert the planet. You can't expect him to be there for a whole week and then decide: "On second thought, I don't want the planet. Give me back my money.". It's poor ethic with trading.

Then, you farm him because you didn't get back all your money? That is both your own fault, and your own problem. Grow up and learn to respect your trades. Don't be a #*&$.

I agree...after agreeing to a deal and sending your payment the deal is down...you take your planet and get over it if you don't want it because you made a bad buy...but once the money has changed hands the deal is down....it is puts a very bad light on AoA....I myself will not be trading any planets with them after hearing this....and any artifact trades will cost more for AoA....Grey wasn't in the wrong here...in fact I applaud him for bringing it to everyone's attention

You didn't get $%&% over. He did.

You were the one who $%&% him over. The mutual respect and trust in trading is trusting that when you receive your money that the trade is done. That money is yours. (EDIT: Unless you fail to present your side of things, but I am not getting into specifics. This is assuming that the "seller" has given the goods to the "buyer" or still plans to.)

The respect is that when the person is buying that they will honor their side of the deal by not demanding a refund for merchandise that has nothing wrong with it, or hasn't changed since the purchase was made.

I will be sending out word to a few friends that MART0 is not to be trusted with trades, and for them to be wary about Trading with AoA.

i have traded with AOA and Evan with there leader MAR....and to be honest this is disturbing news.....we allso had a deal that didnt go as plan and until recently we settled it .....so to hear this worries me to think a good trade partner was capable of doing this ....and yeah dude when we did our deal u never atked me and i owed u 5000 kur so i dont see how this came to happened

Perhaps this other buyer belongs to a smaller Legion. If they were to attack you, it would trigger a war. In this case, a war would be suicide for the "seller". So, he would have had to just sit there and take it.

In light of recent news, it seems as though you weren't attacked by MART0 here because you're stronger, or equally as strong. A force to be reckoned with if he decided to pull a #*&$ move like he did here.

I want to know why you guys paid him in the first place? lol When you trade for a planet you don't give the funds till you get the planet. Or at least only pay for half of it. And once you do pay for it you can't just up and decide that you no longer want the world for what ever reason. Once you agree on a planet trade and have the other player leave their legion losing all base attacks, and production for a week at least you can just say thanks but no thanks. lol

MARTOVSKY just removed and banned me from the Galaxy Trading post for linking this thread there, he was lining up another sale and I informed the other participant of its existence, with no other comments, I then receive a good few minutes of random abuse and claims im slandering his legion.

He also gave me some rather amusing verbal abuse, but Ill let that slide as he seems to be an idiot

I dont have an issue with AOA for the record, but Im not one to take too kindly to unprovoked abuse.

I am as of now buying any and all MARTOVSKY Planets, if theyre worth the loss to him (not going to do him any favours) - contact me, and we shall sort something out

wow i cant believe he went as far as to bane u prom the post .....thats just low to do so is well...cowardly i think other traders should kno about this not that im against u m8 like i said we are friends a nd trad regularly but the way u handled things is .....well a breech of the trust between traders and GL players

Mind informing us of how he treated you like dirt? All that you have said is that he didn't give you your refund right away because he didn't have the money anymore at the time. However, he was more than willing to get it for you from what he said you would have just had to wait a little bit.

I personally also had no actual problem with you for any of this. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but to let your mistake on the purchase lead you to farm someone, as well as ban someone from a Facebook group for a stupid reason.

That is when it gets to be a bit much. Just figured at first I'd inform you that it was a #*&$ move, and stick up for the little guy in this predicament.
