I think its a first to ask this but being a pvper and because I don't feel like going trough a 403 000 energy chain I would like to ask a thalterian is ability 16 time on one of my planet. Here is my deal : 15B each time you use your ability, I come to you an abandon the planet, I pay you colonisation cost, and at the end of the deal I give 2500 CTP bonus.
