I fail to see how chagrining a fee to leave legion would be ripping people off. No doubt for hoping in and out of legions e will have to use many flux probes during that time as his planets cloak will be greatly lowered. He will miss out on base drops and lose basing and theory lab use for a week. Then if some one steals a planet he will have to handle it on his own as he can't alert it to his legion to help out. So charging some forum of payment would be fair . |
