Does not work that way, if you do not have it in your scans naturally (alerts will not work), there is no other way than for the original owner to abandon it. Well, technically, if the seller has another collaborating person with the planet on scan, then the system might work, but that is unlikely, and cumbersome.

your legion must be filled with idiots then.. or your bothering everyone... why would they not let you back in, your theoretical trip would take less then 5 minutes. leave legion, yes, apply, get accepted, planet alerted, snag, leave legion, yes, apply home... the longest part is the application process, the game likes to take its time alerting the leaders/officers that someone has applied..

If you can come over to EOTS i can build a toxic for you but you'll need a VL rich toxic not going to waste Gp dropping a planet. were full atm but traders will come and go.
