I am in need of some Complex Tech Parts, and figured that probably the easiest way to get them ( For me at least. ) is to sell my services as a Taltherian.
How it works is simple.

Step 1 : You come to my legion. ( Nirvana Earth. )
Step 2 : You alert the planet you want uplifted. ( I won't do invades, so it has to be unclaimed or you own and abandon. )
Step 3 : I colonize it.
Step 4 : You send the payment for the uplift my way.
Step 5 : I uplift it.
Step 6 : Repeat steps 4 - 5 as often as agreed upon.
Step 7 : You leave the legion and invade the planet when it gets to the level you want.
Step 8 : I purge the planet after you take it back.
Pricing is as follows :

There are no restrictions on the planet that I'll uplift.

Note IV : If you pay up front for the uplifts, you can leave the legion early and go back to your own legion if you wish. I would prefer for you not to, but Nirvana Earth is a tiny, tiny legion so we don't have much to offer to keep players here as of yet, and consequently I understand if you would like to go back to your own legion.
Note V : I am willing to accept some artifacts in lieu of Complex Tech Parts as payment. What artifacts and how much they count towards the payment is to be determined on a sale by sale basis.
