Unfortunately, artifact is what people want, so that one will probably the one it will sell for, which for the straight richness, I would say it would be about 12k CTP for it. Because it's a Dyson and has a transfused effect, I would say you could get about 20k CTP out of it.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than 20k CTP because of those sad, sad small moons, but thats just my opinion.

Eww it has a wart, brings down the value a bit. Maybe 15k-25k, depends how desperate people are for a Dyson, with a wart.

"Oh... a research Dyson." "OMG NO! SMALL MOON!" Small moons are better than nothing of course, but I much prefer them on planets I steal/trade from other people. When you spend your own GP to analyze a planet the result definitely stings a bit. How much would you add to that value if it were Rings/Moons/ACR?

Personally I'd pay a lot more if it had decents effects, rings and ruins would be an extra 5-7k and for Large Moons maybe 4.5k-5k, that's just me though. Not many people like warts though, they stink. Like I said before, some are desperate for Dysons so will be willing to pay over inflated prices for them, just like they would for a mail order bride
