im confused, are you asking how much would they be worth for you to buy, or for you to sell, in the fashion you mentioned

i'm looking at how much i could get for them if i sell them...

This is what I managed to sell a few at:

ToR- 650 CTP
Holomatrix- 500 CTP

ThThat at least takes care of 2 of them. Sorry I couldn't be of help on the other ones. :/

Omnibase : at most 400.
Sha'jha : 100-200 each, just because they're limited. Research isnt that great.
ToR : I've sold one at 700, another at 750 (on enemy owned planet)
Xectiphage : don't think anyone will looking for this.
Xecti Signal : 100-150 each. Sometimes plasma uplifts come with these as a bonus.
Lithovoric : 100-150.
