in case of bulk order, any change of travel rule? or can be a proxy player used?

If your looking for a cheap way to get a green badge and a maxed vl or larger toxic planet to increase your mineral production...Look no further. I have so many toxic purifiers in my cargo presently that im willing to sell maxed upgrades on toxic planets for the low price of 400ctp per planet( THIS IS THE I COME TO YOU PRICE). What you get with this upgrade is as follows :I come to you price. 1) you alert a planet to me for colonization( preferred a zero scan planet and also preferred is a rich or extreamly rich planet...will max at x16) 2) I colonize said planet at no cost to you and uplift it. 3) you drop out of legion and recover the planet via theft , hence earning yourself an easy green badge and an uplifted planet. 4) I will then purge the planet after payment is accepted. Same with what flux said, would you consider coming to my legion if I wanted to buy a good amount of planets? If not I might be able to send some people over |

yes , if there is enough intterest , i would be more than willing to do some traveling at no extra cost in ctp...i have several hundred i am willing to use. |

due to reasons beyond my control involving the recent winter storms...im a bit delayed in leaving my legion to travel...I will be doing so in the next couple of weeks and will keep folks posted.thanks for the interest |

OK folks, sorry it took so long....finally got my puter up and running and all caught up again.i will be visiting several legions during this process and just to clarify...this is 400 ctp per planet uplift , not per purger.post your legion here if you would like a visit , ill do my best to visit as many as possible while the supplies last |
