No. That planet is worth more than 15k CTP.
[EDIT] Actually, maybe between 15k and 25k. I know it's a big price range, but these planets vary a lot.

I have a firm offer from someone at Imm. Cataclysm for 16k (I'm already here on a planet trade). If anyone wishes to offer a higher bid, I'm here for another day or two and Im inclined to accept unless someone wants to outdo that bid. |
