I have 3 T.O. Resistor Overcharges available. Instead of the usual CTP, I am looking to trade them to the legion that can offer me 15 planets with the following requirements:

* unoccupied
* Large or bigger size
* Artifact Extremely Rich or better

Ideally, I would come into your legion, all 15 planets would be alerted already or while I'm there, and I would install the Overcharges and colonize the alerted planets.

I would like to get this done ASAP. Obviously, I am able to travel to you.
