Looking for someone to max the cloak on one of my planets for me, planet is currently at 0 cloak

You should state what 'max cloak' is...

Is it by using a combination of Folds and Magnetospheres ? Or should it also includes the Clandestine Revisions ?

I don't know why I forgot to put that I can be lenient with the total final cloak/combo but what I want to purchase right now would be 25/4/5 or 28/3/5 IFGs/MCs/CRs and that would put the final passive cloak at 5142 if I'm not mistaken

I don't even put that much passive cloak on my planets i see it as a waste of valuable resources to get that high, when planet arts can do fine.

Ok so scratch the clandestine revisions would anyone be interested? I am a planet cloaking noob

I put it like this:

I only do 5k passive cloak on the best of the best planets (22x MCs)
Everything else only gets the 3892-ish cloak, IF they are 20x+
All other VM 15x planets are just bricked in stats instead of max cloaked

I cloaked my 23x plasma to 5k...but only because it makes 4k+ per hour
All other research planets are lightly defended

I dont defend my toxics much, just an ob or two so that < rank 100s dont take it
