Terraforming devices, enumeration crystals and 2 qse's are worth around 30k ctp. so with gaia seed, rt and some artis to get passive that planet must worth more then 30k ctp. but if market says different then it is better to sell all that separately |

At most I've seen for a maxed colossal Gaia was 30k, most of the time they go for less. So if you can manage 50k out of one, power to you - but that's not the market norm. |
