... Why does the arti production look weird?

Looks like a glitch with the print-screen. You'll see that it's not just the Artifact Production that's abnormal if you look at it closer.

Think pixlr grabber goofed it on the grab, or it may have happened on my cut and paste. But it was not photoshopped otherwise it would have been 42X .

As someone who has seen the planet first-hand and drooled over it, I can confirm it is real.
