What you get with this upgrade is as follows :I come to you price.
1) you alert a planet to me for colonization( preferred a zero scan planet and also preferred is a rich or extreamly rich planet...will max at x16 .
2) I colonize said planet at no cost to you and uplift it.
3) I drop out of legion and you recover the planet via theft , hence earning yourself an easy green badge and an uplifted planet.
4) I will then purge the planet after payment is accepted.
5) For an additional 100 ctp, I can place a Galactic Concord Station on the planet for the double bonus( while supplies last ).
