I've got a planet with Advanced Civilization Ruins (Artifact +20%), yours for 100 CTP, no cost if you fail the invade. No attack or defense on it.

If you're ready to use the Hyper Terraformer Device right away, then it's a safe one to take, as the owner is active, but once you've transformed it it would be invincible. Purging costs you 50 CTP more, but should be unnecessary, since it's invincible but I'm not the only scanner, so either the scans stay with no ill effects apart from the isolation bureau not getting the unscanned bonus, or you temp flux after you've owned it for a week and clear all scanners. There are no special artifacts on it.
