LVL 6 Base with 93 regular space 60 special.

Needs 1,855,203 energy to be lvl 7, all EM and CTP paid.

CTL is missing Polaron Emitter. All others are researched.

3720 GP spent just in Space Expansion artifacts. 3720 GP @ 50 CTP each = 186,000 CTP.

You won't get more than 20k CTP for the base.

Please understand that no one is going to lowball you, but Bases are not ideal commodities to sell for CTP.

There is no guaranteed production from a base, as that is purely dependant on the new owners ability to lead a legion, as well as maintain enough members to form an appropriate defence against persons that might lock said base.
