2. Preferred as unoccupied... but if it's an enemy planet, must be easily conquered with my max invasion attack of 65237

Extra note: Will also accept if the planet is average or smaller sized, x22 artifact Oceanic, Crystal, or Gaia with Large Moons or Rings. 2 and 3 applies.
