What makes this any better for a mission exotic than a small barren with rings?
Also, for a talth, that is a LOT of time investment.. 45 days without any extra time between ability uses to be exact.

Well, It has rings not small moons.
Also, you dont need to spend GP to take it to colossal, and you could always even out Arti and Research production, then use terraformers.

I don't want to bid, but no i won't stay out, so :p

The question posed to you was perfectly reasonable, and your answer misinformed and you avoided the question.

The question was, what makes this a perfect mission exotic planet?

The correct answer would be that it isn't. The best planets are crystal/desert/icy/oceanic(as all give +2 arti from adaptive spires before transforming). :)

Rings are ace btw, so you're correct there.

However it won't keep the Colossal size if a person uses it for their mission exotic. Any mission exotic is automatically made Massive 13/13/13, doesn't matter the starting size. If you used a Mega Colossal, it would downgrade to Massive.

Here're a couple points.
It'll be abandoned, no risk of zeroing or legion alerts.
Well, it has rings, the best possible outcome from an RT.

45 days if you do it wrong(no NPCing at all) ... otherwise it would be 10 uses of talth for 400 hours or there abouts. For roughly 17 days spent on it as a talth project before terraformers are used on it. Resulting in a planet with 5x/15x/15x and eventually 5x/20x/15x.
