I have been investing in engineers for a while now, and am in a position to sell 50 million or more in base energy donations. For a quick sale i will accept CTP at the rate of 1 ctp per 100 energy donated. Also accepting EM at 100:1 ctp rate so basically 1:1 EM/energy. I will only go to legions with 50 or more active players due to cloak bonus issues.
