You can use the snipping tool built in windows

after using it just hit ctrl + c
paste into a FB message
click the pasted image so that it brings it up a little bigger
right click what you brought up
click open in new tab
copy the URL it gives in that new tab
click the img button here on forum in a message
paste link between that by hitting ctrl + v

That's what I do. I've found that to be really quick
