i just picked 1 up ... i used to sell them for ctp but that market has dried up. if you are still doing base energy donations .. i have another 1 million EM that i can trade you .. you can have the RSL share for changing legions. |

I have 103 of them but shared one once so my entire stack is no longer shareable. If I notice myself grabbing any before stacking artifacts will get a share link for it. |

Yeah I scrapped a barge load as no one wanted them in the past 2 years. |
