The artifact point says N/A on wiki.. so i dont know how do i get it?

you can buy it w/ gp or it can be dropped by the dark scrap carrier or to troop carrier. neither has a 100 % drop rate just so you know

o so basicaly only the ppl who want to pay through the game instead of play can get the exotic n dyson from mission

many higher rank players who don't buy GP still haven't got there mission exotic or dyson...you will get it eventually but it may take a very very long time if you don't buy it.
troop carriers are about 1 in every 400 npc kills but that aint always reliable either

a fair number of people pay just the once for the planets (theres a follow up mission, also needing an artifact dropped by the troop carrier, except w/ a much lower drop rate)
