I think it should drop 4 things all with even odds. paradox generators , cluster missile, or a mutagenic cartridge , and nothing.

I'd love a NPC that dropped Planet Surface Melters. Cluster missiles and mutagenic cartridges seem a bit strong. But paradox generators would be good for a high level NPC.

I am in HIGH support of this. Make them as rare as a troop Carrier or Dark Arms smuggler.

make it a high energy mission spawn thats infinitely repeatable ;p
