i say, that the starter for pacts should be 15, then each embassy should give three pacts. this way the MAX limit will be 30 pacts with all embassies. this would make some sense, and help many legions .

With the addition of Battle and Trade Pacts, I would be willing to go along with a base of 15 treaty slots. But leave the Embassy alone. There's no need to increase the capacity of a semi-pointless base module. If you need 30 slots on your diplomacy tab, it means (1) your legion needs to be more powerful or (2) you need to increase your artifact production. Either way, additional treaty slots is not a long term solution.

PS: You don't need to make a poll for every idea. Present your suggestion. Simple and concise. Then let the feedback flow without trying to restrict it to yes/no/maybe/nonsense...
