With the new update on CA's and Halc traps, its clear these are intended for those that enjoy PvE like missions and npc fights etc, I know I do. So to go with our now new ability to get on with these without getting poked by PvP, can we have some new content to get on with?

Like new NPC's? Not just elite's and bosses, but new commons and rare's. Also harder elite's and boss's ones with the ability to regen shields over time.

Also new mission tier rewards, which would be focused on aspects that would boost PvE in the game like +5% defence against PvE etc. And a badge system like PvP badges but for PvE, prehaps coloured badges awarded for the different tiers of NPCs, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Elite and Boss's.

Im sure theres alot of useful ideas regarding PvE here on forum, so if anyone would like to link them here in this topic feel free, lets get them all pool'd into one topic.

I know Flamehawks are common, but it would be nice not to see them as the most common enemy. I like the Sha'din Chargers and Dark Runners because they look different, but that's only 3 different truly common NPCs. I'd like to see not only more elites and bosses, but also commons and uncommons and rates as was stated above.

I think having PvE badges would be cool, but I think the items would have to be something only useful to PvE (like boosts or something, maybe a ship modules or two) and should take a lot of PvE kills (because there are those of us that kill thousands in a day).

Prehaps to boost commons and uncommons we could do with a new PvE faction or 2.

As for what you could get with badges I was thinking mainly buffs/debuffs, ways to locate a npc or dismiss one from your tab, all from commons, uncommons and rares. While boss's and elites may give planet artis and modules and other stronger atifacts but the badge for the kill is only awarded to the one who gets the final shot, like when it says "Terrorize has disabled Lazuli Fabrication Plant! | Tell Your Friends" thats who gets the badge from that elite, adds more incentive to help on npcs till the end.

Rough ideas.

Common Badge: +10% NPC attack, 100 badges or w/e (also a sister artifact for +10% defence), Artifact that can be used on a common or uncommon with less then 1/50? of its hull to finish the job 20 badges

Uncommon Badge: Dismiss one uncommon or common from your BT and block that type of Npc from spawning in the next 8? hours. 100 badges?

Rare Badge: Contact Coordinates as a obtainable artifact with rare badges, "Spawns 1 eligible Rare Non-Player Character to your battle tab. " 100 badges?

With stronger artifacts and prehaps modules to be obtained with Elite and Boss badges.

Just some rough ideas.

some small adjustments...
i dont think that its a good idea to give some modules for thees kind of badges, and reason for that, for some big NPC smashers its will be like 20 mins and done... for me i think some 1h... no sense of that...
best staff which could be doped from thees badges i think would be some temporary boosts, i think one should be for sure, is that you can clean you BT... not really simple reset, maybe some kind of time manipulation, most of commons have 8h timing... so that artifact should drop 8h in your BT, so what we gain is that rear's are still there, and commons are gone...

P.S. sorr for my grammar, english is not my native....

Not for Commons, Uncommons and Rare's no, but Elite and Boss badges, would be slightly more difficult, to get these badges you have to be the one who gets the killing shot, So if its 250 Elite badges for said module, that means 250 elites you personally got the last shot on, not helped kill, so could end up killing 1000s of boss's and elites trying to get these badges.

it means 3 more badges... i suppose it would be huge head bang against a wall to make it for Dan... but i really like that idea!
i am very in to NPCing... PvPing is just for dominion cannons... (only because space efficiency)

you know what would make alot of sense in the reality of the universe, is running into NPC's of the playable races!! and it would be easy to do as they all have particular stats eg. konqual triggers an attack bonus, inergon has recharging shields ect. it would bring a concept that there are more of the base race around then merely the other players in the game. (as there would be if this was real) hence why they are the base races. i think every game out has shitloads of the playable races running around as NPC's as they are the bulk of the population after all. where as our NPC's we don't see anywhere else. (which some ppl may like)

just an idea
