Make Terraformers and QuasiSpacials available from Missions

I'm hearing a LOT of complaints about the nerf to Troop Carriers spawn rates. I figure one workaround would be to make terraforming devices and quasi-spacial expanders creatable from repeatable missions. They would be high level (say, 300 for terraformers and 500 for quasi spacials) and use large amounts of complex tech parts (since they are complex technology) and exotic matter (since they are exotic), as well as having a steep energy cost and very long (say 100 steps). The cost would be balanced so that they are still hard to get, but can be obtained within finite time. The model is the mission for the star chart purgers, which is repeatable and uses a fair bit of exotic matter to up the price.

Its a nice thought but -1 Terraformers and Quasi Spacials are probably Dan's most promanant source of income from GL. Having a mission, even for high ranks, would comepletely eff him over.

We've had to suffer, so should you. Sad but true. This from a guy who doesn't believe QSEs actually exist because I've never actually seen one.

-1 for the terraformers, troop carriers are every 250-400 npcs, which I can easily get in like a few days at 50 NPC kills a day. -1 for the QSEs aswell as I have to agree with the above posts, the colossal project and rift project (along with base modules) are Dan's biggest source of income for the game.
