Mass EMP MissileFire a EMP on a Enemy Base
causing it's Defense to decrease by 25%
Limit: One per Base. Only useable on Level 5+ Bases.
(Or 6+ Which one you think it should be on)
Artifact Cost:
300 Emp Spheres
200 Containment Missiles
150 Drannik Saboteurs
Costs 200 Energy to make.
Now these are only suggestions, and they are Lab Items, meaning more research has to be donated to find them, that's if you all think it's a good idea

. Feel free to come up with other suggestions for the Artifact Costs, Energy Cost, Effects etc.
Yes they are Overpowered BUT so are bases, Now I'm trying to make these items as hard to possibly make, I am only trying to help us all out since Bases drain a lot of artifacts and Cubes, Tri's, GP Etc.
These are the only two artifacts I have come up with so far, But I am still thinking of others.
