we should be able to send free comms to the people in our legions

it would make sense to me because in real life allies would probably set up a way to communicate easier and faster, often on a hidden bandwidth or scrambled from others who do not know the frequency of their transmissions


at the very least, officers and leaders should have this capability

i think the legion comm counts as this, but maybe a /p followed by person's username for private communication would enable one on one comms on the same channel if thats what you're meaning

I would totally support this, often times if i want to talk privately to a member i have to make them a "momentary" officer. i would absolutely LOVE a whisper funtion in the comms. and this would take care of the leader comm that everyone wants.
