 remote intrusion

I would like to see remote intrusion repaired so it actually does affect the top 3 people. As it stands now the top 3 get the notice but the lower attackers get the 90% atk decrease. I would also like to see this ability have a timer or last the entire base battle and not be able to be removed with a cage. What is the point of using it if it can be removed with such a common artie.

Hitting the wrong person is a long mentioned problem that Dan keeps thinking is fixed but doesn't appear to be.

Yeah, I suggested Cages shouldn't be able to remove them quite a while ago, still seems like a good idea. The effect shouldn't last the whole time, though, if he does that.
