 i was talking to a legion mate and we are the same race, sillix builder, he haves an ability to wipe out npcs and can use it every 8 hours. he said it comes with the race but i don't see it anywhere. so i was wondering if you have to do a mission for it or somthing.

it's not a sillixx racial ability.... anyone can get it
