i have two issues ATM
One is i reserched the 1st Advanced Amour which unlocks Next Tier Amour but i'm unable to buy/find it in the hull Module.

Two I've started PVP combat and i'm starting to Notice that even with my Attack/Defence way higher then the person i'm facing, there winning and gettting better hits into me, What the hell is going on here?

The first 'Advanced Armor' tech just unlocks the 'Titanium Improvements' research option. You will notice hull upgrades from there on.

PvP only reports the attack/defense rating from the enemy's modules (they may have a lot of crew) - but you can see the full attack / defense rating if you use one of the various Spy Probe artifacts.

idk if your a high enough rank for this to really come into play but due to the nature of decks/defense/damage taken you may be hitting your opponents damage cap or your defense isnt enough to offset the extra damage taken from having more decks.
